RATES:
Rates are based on a twin share basis: meaning rates are for 2 people per room only. Extra adults and children will incur an extra fee per person per night. The extra person rate same for adults and children during peak season.
The property is not suitable for children under 5 and therefore children under 5 are not bookable.
All rooms can accommodate maximum of 4 persons per room in a queen + single bunk configuration. However, there is a maximum booking of 3 adults per room online ( we will not book adults in a the top bunk bed without approval from the manager).
Breakfast is NOT included in your stay. Breakfast is available to purchase at the Little Villager cafe downstairs or at other cafes close by.
MINIMUM STAY: All reservations require a minimum stay of 2 nights.
AGE RESTRICTIONS:
The minimum age of any child guest is 5 years old.
You must be 18 years of age or older to make a booking.
Guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25. If you are under and will not be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25, please contact the hotel manager to discuss your situation.
Photo identification will be required upon check-in. Guests may be denied check in if they do not meet the specified age requirements at the discretion of management.
PAYMENT: Full payment is required to confirm the booking. Bookings processed online will be made in real-time and your credit card debited for the full cost of the booking at the time the booking is made.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is from 4pm onwards. An earlier check-in may be arranged subject to availability. To ensure access, guests must arrive by 8pm midweek or 10pm on weekends. Guest arriving after this time are subject to a late check-in fee of up to $100 per room. Please advise your estimated arrival time at the time of booking and advise us of any change to that time.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10am. Guests that occupy a room after 10am will be subject to late check out fees. Late check out fees are charged at the per day rate.
LUGGAGE STORAGE: If you arrive before check-in time and wish to leave after check-out time you are welcome to store your luggage in our ski room
SMOKING is not permitted anywhere on the premises included entrance alcoves
FOOD & BEVERAGES: Guests may consume snacks,etc in rooms but no cooking in rooms is allowed. Drunkenness and excessive noise will not be permitted, and guests may be evicted for breaching these rules.
ALLERGIES: Management provides no assurance (and accepts no responsibility) that any food served at Buller Central satisfies specific allergic requirements whether notified in advance or otherwise. Guests, should therefore assume that all food served at Buller Central contains traces of nuts.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Buller Central takes a 30% Non-Refundable Deposit at the time of booking. Should you wish to cancel your booking you must do so 30 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date (excluding school groups). Buller Central will refund the booking amount less the deposit. Subject to availability, customer may be able to move the dates of their stay, to change your dates please contact sales@bullercentral.com.au. Cancellations made within 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date will not receive any refund.
SNOW GUARANTEE: Buller Central supports the “Mt Buller Snow Guarantee” on pre-paid accommodation and agrees to the cancellation terms outlined within this policy. Refer to the Mt Buller website here for details.
PETS. Pets are not permitted to enter the Mt Buller Mt Stirling Resort without a permit.
LIABILITY: You shall be liable for any costs, loss or damage to the hotel room, premises or property, arising from your failure to comply with this policy and Buller Central reserves the right to charge you for any such costs, loss or damage incurred by Buller Central.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: To secure your obligations a $500 credit card security deposit may be requested at check-in at the discretion of management.
Privacy Policy
Buller Central (ABN: 67 107 967 402) respects your privacy. Information you supply to Buller Central for an inquiry or reservation is kept strictly confidential. Your information is used for Buller Central to communicate with you and is not provided to third parties. Please notify Buller Central if you do not wish to receive any advertising literature.
